Responsibilities

Designing attractive and user-friendly graphic elements for our website, including banners, product images and other visual content.
Creating marketing materials for various channels, such as social media, email campaigns and online adverts.
Enhancing the user experience with well-thought-out designs that strengthen our brand.
Collaborating with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and turn them into engaging visual content.
Ensuring consistency in our brand identity and ensuring that all designs adhere to the brand guidelines.

Job requirements

Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
Excellent skills with design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and/or other relevant tools.
A strong sense of aesthetics and an eye for detail.
Ability to work to tight deadlines and in a dynamic environment.
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
Portfolio showcasing examples of previous design projects.

Cecilia London is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused sales assistant to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide personalised advice and ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

Welcoming customers and providing them with personalised, expert advice on fashion and style.
Helping customers choose the right size and fit, so that every customer leaves satisfied.
Maintaining the shop display and presenting all garments attractively.
Assisting with day-to-day shop activities, such as restocking and managing the till.
Answering customer enquiries and providing excellent service, both in-store and over the phone.

Job requirements

Experience in retail, preferably in the fashion industry.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, helpful attitude.
A passion for fashion and a good sense of style and trends.
Ability to provide personalised advice and help customers find their ideal outfit.
Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment, with occasionally varying working hours.
